Simple & Sweet Wedding Ceremony/ Vow Renewal
This package includes: Two different sites to choose from: Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel or Big Sky Wedding/Event Pavilion.
We offer an on-site Christian Ordained Minister who will deliver a personal yet scriptural, bible based, loving ceremony. You may use your own Minister however, this person must perform a respectable, bible based, scriptural ceremony. We provide witnesses if needed, ringing the Chapel Bell (if Chapel is chosen) after ceremony, photos taken with your camera by us. As the officiate, we will fill out the legal paperwork of the state marriage license and mail to the proper authorities.
This price includes up to 15 people including B&G and Officiant. Any extra guests will be an additional $10 charge per guest up to a maximum of 30 total.
Infant – 5yrs old are free & not included in total.
Bride & Groom Come Dressed for Ceremony
Restrooms are located at the Big Sky Pavillion. The Log Chapel is beautifully primitive. Sound System & Lighting provided at The Big Sky Pavilion only.

The Works: A Micro Wedding with Reception
A Complete Intimate Wedding with Reception. So Affordable and So Fabulous!
This package includes Two different ceremony sites to choose from:
Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel or Big Sky Wedding/Event Pavilion.

Ringing the Old Cast Iron Chapel Bell, if the Chapel is chosen, has become a fun unique tradition at the end of the ceremony for couples here at Ivy Jean’s.
If you don’t have a photographer, we are happy to use your camera to take some photos for you.
Reception includes: Custom Wedding Cake, Fruit Punch, Water, Nuts or popcorn and 1 bottle of non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider for a 2-person toast. We provide wedding cake table, chairs and reception tables. Tables are covered with disposable table cloths. You may decorate the tables with your own center pieces.
We will play your choice of songs for your ceremony along with background music from your playlist to dance to and your song choice for your first dance as a newly married couple etc.
The reception will take place at the beautiful outdoor Supper Pavilion or at the Big Sky Pavilion based on availability.
This price includes up to 18 people including B&G and Officiant.
Additional guests for this package, add an additional $20 per guest up to a maximum of 35 total capacity. Infant -5yrs old are free & not included in total.
1 Dressing Room provided along with two restrooms at the Big Sky Pavillion. The Log Chapel is beautifully primitive and used for ceremony only. Sound System & Lighting provided at The Big Sky Pavillion only.
Adding a meal, which you provide, to your micro wedding is a lovely option for you & your guests. We add an extra 60 minutes to your allotted time and we add extra amenities to accommodate the meal set-up, take down & clean-up.
